Frequently Asked Questions
-
How much does it cost per session?
Sessions are charged at a rate of $130 for 50 minutes. Payment is due at the end of each session where you will be provided with a direct link for instant online payment in the case of Telehealth sessions, or a tap-and-pay option for in-person sessions.
-
What kinds of issues can you help with?
I work with adults experiencing a wide range of challenges, including grief (of all kinds), burnout, trauma, anxiety, and feeling “stuck” in life. Many clients come to me after finding traditional therapy hasn’t been enough. Together, we explore new ways of making sense of their experiences and creating change.
-
How do I know if we’re the right fit?
Therapy works best when you feel safe and understood. That’s why I offer a free 15‑minute phone consultation. It’s a chance for you to ask questions, get a understanding of how I work, and decide if this feels like the right space for you.
-
What makes your approach different?
I believe that therapy is more than just talking about problems. My approach is integrative and creative, combining evidence‑based therapies with reflective and expressive practices like guided imagery and writing when words aren’t enough. It’s about seeing you as a whole person, not just a set of symptoms, and helping you reconnect with your values, strengths, and sense of meaning.
-
Do I need to know exactly what I want from therapy before starting?
Not at all. Many people come to therapy unsure of what they need or how to put their experiences into words. That’s completely okay. We’ll work together at your pace to clarify what matters most to you and how therapy can support you.

What is your cancellation policy?
If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required. This enables the scheduling of another client awaiting a cancellation. In the interest of fairness to clients on the waiting list, if you accrue 3 cancellations or failures to attend without acceptable notice or explanation, it will prompt a review of our therapy agreement and it may result in your losing access to the service.
